The Carpenter’s Kids Mothers’ Day Out program was established in 1999 with the heart of providing a Christian environment for children to play and learn while Mom had a little break.
Chapel, music, library, playground time, classroom learning activities, crafts, lunch, and nap time are all a part of our day. Special seasonal programs and fun monthly theme days are additional enrichment for your children.
Our program is housed at Carpenter’s Way and is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 am to 2:30 pm. We receive children from six months to four years of age. There is also a homeschool class available for kindergarten- fifth grade. Enrollment is $150 per month, with a $35 registration fee and $30 supply fee due upon enrollment. We follow the Lufkin ISD school year calendar August through May.
We hold safety and security as a top priority at Carpenter's Kids. Each teacher undergoes a criminal background check and is trained in CPR and First Aid. Low teacher/student ratios and attention to cleanliness are important to us.
